3. Pricing and Payment

Our pricing is based on a pay-per-qualified-lead model, with rates ranging from $30 to $100 per replied lead, depending on the service tier and industry vertical. Payment terms include:

• Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date
• Charges apply only to leads that respond to outreach campaigns
• Setup fees may apply for enterprise accounts
• All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about their business and target market
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their marketing activities
• Respond to qualified leads in a timely and professional manner
• Not use our services for illegal, unethical, or spam activities

5. Lead Quality Standards

A qualified lead is defined as a prospect who responds to outreach campaigns with genuine interest in the client's products or services. This includes email replies, phone calls, form submissions, or direct inquiries through integrated channels. We maintain a 95% lead quality accuracy rate through our AI-powered qualification process.

6. Data Protection and Privacy

We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of all data processed through our platform. 7. Service Level Agreement

RiverNet.tech commits to:

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our platform, technology, algorithms, and proprietary methods remain the exclusive property of RiverNet.tech. Clients retain ownership of their data and content but grant us necessary licenses to provide our services.

9. Limitation of Liability

RiverNet.tech's liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, clients remain responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date. Data will be securely deleted within 90 days of termination unless otherwise requested.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Odessa, Texas.
